While painting and working on my art, I listen to a couple of things that I find helps me create and keep me inspired.
The YouTube Videos I listen to are:
- Charlotte Dobre: I absolutely love listening to her, as she is hilarious and makes me laugh, she is the queen of petty and is a potato queen!
- Joce Bedard: is hilarious and love her Sass while painting
- R/Slash: love listening to reddit stories and his voice is great at reading them.
- Phillip Defranco: I may live in New Zealand but watching and listening to him is very informative and helps me keep track of what is going on outside of my own little world. And he does a great job at stating the facts and get all the information before putting the videos out.
- Last Week Tonight: Just love John Oliver and his videos.
- UE Stories: More Reddit Stories to listen to,
- Mann Shorts: Love the DnD videos they make,
TV shows:
- Top Gear
- The Grand Tour
- Clarksons Farm
- Gilmore Girls
- Charmed (Original Series)
- Sarbina the teenage witch (Original Series)
- Doctor Who, all of it, 9 was my first
- Star Trek all Series and seasons and movies,
- The Chosen: Helps keeps my soul, spirit and faith together and helps me paint and keep things in perspective.
- Firefly: may only be one season and a movie, but this is awesome to watch while painting.
The list of movies is smaller than what the others are, as I find I can’t focus on a movie and paint as I get to into the movie but the ones below I like watching while painting as I have seen them so many times I can mouth the words and remember it all.
- Chiity Chitty Bang Bang (One of my favourite movies)
- Harry Potter: grew up on this and have awesome memories of this, and find it gives me nostalgia and helps create good vibes while painting
