How I Inventory My Painting

Keeping track of my paintings is important, so I know where or what has happened to each piece. Finding a way to do this, while being on a budget, was hard. I have started to use OneNote to keep track of everything.

This has been good as it means I can add notes onto each piece to what is happening to it, for example, exhibitions, locations or sales.

Currently, under each piece, it shows the name, full description, and size and mediums used.

This also means that each piece is fully entered and described. I have also added the links for the option to buy, or on my portfolio page depending on if it is being sold or not.

I know there are better ways to track this, but as this is a way that works well for  my brain and find I can use this on my phone, meaning this has the easy access I need.
